Rates & Age Policy
Infants under 2 years old sail free of charge. Toddlers aged 2–5 pay half the published per-person rate. Guests aged 6 and above are charged at the full rate.
Fuel Supplement Policy
Komodo Sailing Trip reserves the right to apply a fuel supplement without prior notice should the price of marine fuel exceed IDR 18,000 per litre. This supplement may be applied to both new and existing bookings, regardless of payment status.
The supplement is capped at IDR 200,000 per passenger per day. If fuel prices exceed IDR 26,000 per litre, we reserve the right to adjust the cap accordingly. Fuel surcharges are not included in the published cruise fare.
Booking Confirmation & Payment
A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. An invoice will be sent via WhatsApp or email once the deposit has been received.
Full payment must be settled no later than 7 days before your departure date. If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled without refund of the deposit.
Reschedule
Rescheduling is permitted up to 30 days before your departure date, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made within 30 days of departure will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid. We strongly recommend requesting any changes as early as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by guest: No refund will be issued. However, the booking may be transferred to another person — a substitute guest — at no additional cost, provided the transfer is communicated in writing before departure.
Cancellation due to weather, force majeure, or government order: If departure is prohibited by the harbourmaster, government authority, or made impossible due to natural disaster, terrorism, political instability, or other external events beyond our control, guests will have the option to reschedule at no penalty or receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
Cancellation by operator (technical or operational): In the event that Komodo Sailing Trip must cancel a departure due to unavoidable operational reasons (such as a sudden technical failure), we will arrange a replacement vessel of equivalent class and price range as an alternative. If no suitable replacement can be provided, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
